SUCCESS RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION ROLES:
President/Chair - Leadership
Roles & Responsibilities: General leadership and strategic direction of the SRA, Leading Group decision making, Coordination of all projects and grants, chairing meetings, representing the association at events, attending meetings and City of Cockburn events.
Vice President/Chair - Leadership
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supporting the president in their duties and taking over in the president’s absence.
Treasurer - Leadership
Overseeing all financial matters including grant applications, acquittals, transfers. Making payments and purchasing. Maintaining financial records.
Are you an accountant by trade? We’d love to have you! This role is projected to be vacant in the second half of 2026!
Secretary - Leadership
Taking minutes during meetings, recording action items, sending meeting records to committee. Sending out notices for meetings.
Chief Operations Officer - Leadership
All things practical! Overseeing/leading practical construction works. Coordinating flyer distribution. Collecting SRA materials for events. Collecting supplies for projects.
Social Media and Marketing Lead - Leadership
All things visual! Help us build our website, design flyers, and create engaging online content to spread our grass-roots community progress with as many neighbours as possible.

Coordinate and implement environmental initiatives right here in Success!

Friends of Success Eco-Collective - General
This is an up-and-coming group for anyone interested in caring for the environment! Planting, weeding, watering, composting. Get in touch to get involved.
General Committee Members - General
Volunteer on a casual basis and have your say on upcoming projects. There’s plenty to do, from practical jobs (like distributing flyers or building and installing community libraries) to administrative work (like organising our next community project). There’s no minimum commitment, no drama, and no cliques, just local community members contributing in any way they like.
Event Photography & Eco-Photography - General
Like taking photos? We’d love some help documenting our events, our community projects, and our local flora and fauna. Your photos will be featured on our website and on our social media channel.
